Why you think you're worth being chosen: To put it bluntly, my experience and skill sets. I've staffed on servers since around new years 2014. I'm a pretty polite person, and know how to de-escalate a situation fairly effectively. I know how to use lots of commands, plugins and server development, having made my own server with 8 branches and over 50 unique plugins.

Have you had previous experience: Why yes I have! My first experience as staff was on an old factions server, about 3 years ago that unfortunately went down. I started helping out the owner of the server with builds such as mob arenas, spawns etc. Then I applied for mod, did that for a month, then got promoted to admin. From there, I learned a lot of useful staff commands, as well as how to manage rankings, and how to deal with a whole slew of shady characters. After the server went down due to lack of funds, I found a different server being run by an online friend of mine. I staffed there for a while, and currently the server is dormant while the owner makes a lot of massive updates. I also currently run a staff team on my own server.

Anything else you would like to add that would increase your chances of being chosen:

I genuinely enjoy helping out whenever possible. I'm currently builder rank, and I've gotten to know everyone fairly well. I also believe that I'm the only female applicant, so yay for ethnic diversity xD
